Review content:
I've used Big O Tires in Walnut Creek for several years now. They do a number of things for me. Jack, he will look at your vehicle and give you useful feedback. He'll tell you what you need maintenance wise, but only the necessary things. Some guys will try to milk you, so you spend money on things you don't need, but not Jack.
All the mechanics at Big O will talk to you and answer all your questions, and I really like that. They take the time to explain things. Jack will even give me advice about things I can fix myself, to save me money. The only thing I don't like is that sometimes you have to wait when you go in. I don't know how you can avoid it though, since sometimes things just take a while. But I'm a kind of nervous guy and like to get on my way. They will give you a ride though, which is nice.
