My wife and I decided to try Hudsons this fourth of July weekend before joining friends to celebrate fireworks with. It was perfect for a casual fourth of July with a hint of comfort. The food was tasty but it was difficult to decipher between the different types of meat as the bar-b-que flavor overwhelmed it, maybe a nice sauce to compliment the different meats would have helped. The restaurant was loud almost to a point of chaos so anything romantic would have to wait till after dinner and our tables legs were uneven so we had to balance our plates accordingly. It was funny, and we enjoyed it and it was a place we've wanted to try for a long time so we're glad we did.
