Where to begin. Yeah, they're family owned but I could care less about that. Bottom line is that they all know what the they're talking about. They worked on a washer and a dryer of mine several times. Finally I asked them what kind should I buy. They turned me on to Speed Queen; yeah that's right! The one's in the laundromats. Best washer I've ever owned. \r

Ended up getting the matiching Dryer. The guy delivers it and then (GET THIS!), offers to change what side it opens up for free just b/c he thought it would be easier for her. \r

Although they get an ""F"" for being more thoughtful to my wife than I am. They get an ""A+"" for being on time, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced... I could go on and on. Don't waste your time buying appliances from Lowe's and Home Depot. Go to Ranft and you'll never regret it. Nevuh!
