Enclosed is my check number 4722 in the amount of $7,500.00 in final and full payment of the referenced contract. I want\r to thank you, your wife and your staff for all the efforts you made in completing the 49 window and door installation at our\r home. Although it was not without its Challenges, your staff including Messers. Woolley and Hatcher; Ms. Peterman as\r well as your installers, Robert and Mike always ""rose to the occasion'.\r Part of the challenge was to complete the installation before the Thanksgiving Holiday and our community association\r board meeting on December 2nd held in our home. That was accomplished. There are about 26 homes in our\r community. Most are around 10 years old. Since the original builder used ""dipped"" wooden windows made by Lincoln, all\r of the windows in all of the homes will need to be replaced. At least 3 or 4 already have been. One replaced his windows\r with Lincoln windows again (aluminum clad). In any event, Mr. Woolley and I have discussed this.\r We have also dtscussed the final 5 windows in the attic of our home. We had hoped they would be reparable, but Robert\r (your window installer) confirmed with me they are not. Please as David to give me a call after the 1st of the year.\r Again, Thank you, your wife and your staff for a professional job. Pros: helpful staff
