I used Hall's to replace may hail-damaged shingle roof with a standing seam metal roof in Aug 2009. There were two distributions in the bids, one was the large roofing companies which were 30% higher and a lower priced group which was composed of smaller companies. I found out later that the larger companies don't use their own crews and just sub out the work. The price difference is just their margin for writing the contract.
Hall's was not the least expensive. But, in the bidding process they were responsive, attentive to detail and were the most willing to discuss material and installation options.
They met all my expectations on the installation. They kept the site clean and got the job done in 7 working days. I asked for a couple of minor additional items during the installation and they did not complain, they just got it done and done quickly.
I've dealt with many contractors in the past as I've done a great deal of remodeling on my home. Hall's is definitely one of the easiest to deal with and provided the best quality work.
By the way, my standing seam metal roof is absolutely great.
