First off, the lady at the front desk is not very friendly. I took in my brand new 4 cycle weed eater. It was only used twice in a little over a month after it just stopped running. They ended up charging me saying i used bad gas(same gas and container that I use on the mower and my vehicles that I had purchased when I bought the weed eater. There is no way the gas was bad. Just a way they could charge me so they could make some extra money instead of covering my in warranty item. I will never go here again.
