Review content:
I have been here for three years. The same stray dog has been here since I moved in and management has made no effort to have animal control get rid of it or any of the other 30 or more strays that constantly knock over the residents trash. And even though the strays are such a problem and a danger to the community management doesn't allow fences. There are like a million speed bumps in the park that are totally unnecessary. Management seems to pick and choose which rules to enforce ( with whom they choose and when the choose). The teenage kids here constantly tag and spray paint the empty homes and sometimes the occupied ones. They break into empty homes, bust windows and destroy the inside of them which makes the neighborhood look bad. I can't count the times I've seen teenage and sometime even adults that are not from the neighborhood go into empty homes to smoke marijuana. Management is constantly in the residents business. Better management would do this place a lot of good.
