Simon Lee is absolutely amazing! Judy is so sweet and accommodating and she really draws out (literally) what you're imagining for your cake and brings it to life. She and Jad are a great team...very talented and easy to work with. During our meeting we got to try a few different kinds of cakes and then we talked about the design, which, somehow through my clumsy description, she was able to carry out to perfection. The end result was beautiful and simple and it tasted absolutely delicious. We had three layers and three different flavors - vanilla with strawberry filling, plain vanilla, and red velvet and all three were a hit. We only had a little bit of cake left over at the end of the night, which we gladly took home and finished off within the next couple of days! I really could not have been happier with my experience with Simon Lee and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for both an artist and amazing baker!
