I've been there a couple of times in the past year with (what I call) oddball vaccuum requests, and he's either had what I needed right there or ordered it for me. Plus, he's really a nice guy, or he's got me totally snowed:-) No complaints whatsoever, and highly recommend.\r

But, like anything else ""oddball"" these days, you pay for it:-( But in that regard, he's just like everyone else, so it was expected, and so not a problem. And I'd rather pay and have it taken care of. Still, that's the ONLY reason why I gave him 4 stars and not 5.
Pros: He really knows his suk!
Cons: You have to pay for his suk.
