That's what you can expect from dealing with this guy, or at least is my experience. He'll bait and switch, guarantee, and is happy to be the jolly fat guy (literally), but when you demand he stand by his word/guarantee after a sale, you'll see his true colors come out. This is a small, very small, kind of sketchy, deserves to be in the ghetto, and probably soon to be nonexistent business. You've been warned. \r

I have heard of a supposedly reputable vacuum repair guy out in the village of fairport. Never used him, but was recommended when I told someone of this experience. Best of luck. \r
