I have been a customer of the Animal Kingdom for several years and have NEVER had a bad experience. I can NOT say enough favorable and positive things about the store, and its owner along with the great staff.\r
Kelly and her staff truly care about you and your pets. They understand and respect everyones love for their fur kids. Your pets are welcomed and treated by the staff like they are their own. That care is priceless. And the prices are the best by far. I checked over the years and when it comes to ALL NATURAL and HOLISTIC care the ANIMAL KINGDOM carries the largest selection with the best prices. And with that also comes people who know what they are talking about.\r
I have one very difficult dog and Kelly has been my go to person. She has always led me in the right direction and has gone the extra mile to further research things for me. \r
If the product is in this store you can quarantee it is the best. Made with the top of the line ingredients, it is the healthiest, and has been fully researched by Kelly.\r
Over the years I have seen Kelly many times go way above and beyond to help customers or to satisfy them. Even when the customer is completely wrong. I have seen Kelly accomendate merchandise returns that most places would laugh at you for. Kelly truly cares and provides exceptional service with the best policies. \r
They also carry some unique gifts for us humans too:)\r
