Review content:
This is my first time writing a review for anything, but the kind and trustworthy people at Limousine Service of Westchester made my day. After a long, long day flying in and out of Philadelphia for a do-or-die sales presentation and a meeting with a client, I was exhausted, physically and mentally. The limo driver was waiting for me when the plane landed at 9 p.m., and by the time I got home, I went straight to bed. When I woke up in the morning, I suddenly realized my diamond and emerald pendant necklace was missing; I couldn’t remember taking it off the night before. It’s a small but valuable piece of jewelry, but more important, as a family heirloom, it has immeasurable personal value. \r \r My heart sank as I immediately called the offices where my meetings were held, the airline, the limo service, and the restaurant at the airport where I had grabbed a bite to eat. No one had seen my necklace. For all I knew it had slipped off my neck somewhere in downtown Philly. I would never find it, and I was devastated. But, thank God, that wasn’t the end of the story. Two days later, the limo company called to say that a driver found my necklace between the seat cushions when cleaning the car. Now, that driver didn’t know me; he could have easily slipped the jewelry into his pocket (and sold it for a tidy sum, I’m sure!) or thrown it in a “lost and found” box somewhere. Instead, he went out of his way to make sure the necklace was returned to its owner. I’ve always felt like I’m in good hands when I travel with Limousine Service of Westchester, and now I’m doubly sure. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
