I just went and got my hair curled & due to how far the chairs are from the mirrors I couldn't see how screwed up my hair was until I got home. I have long pretty hair and they fried it. I even have a lot of short peices at the top that melted off because they had the curling iron too hot. The stylist didn't even get all of my hair curled I has straight peices sticking out everywhere. I called them crying and they had me come back in. Im assuming it was the manager I was talking to when I went back but anyway no matter how many times I tried to tell her my hair had been extremely damaged from my visit she insisted it was only because the stylist had done it wrong. I took cosmetology and im not retarded, I know when hair is burnt. She fixed the way my hair the peices sticking out but would not return my money for the damage. Because of my horrible experience there I have to get three inches cut off of my hair. So basically I don't suggest anyone go there, they are horrible.
