I purchased a deluxe mani/pedi through Half Off Depot here to be used on Tuesday, November 22nd via appointment, only. Once I got there (my appt. was scheduled for 10 AM that day), I proceeded to wait over an hour until Janine asked me if I could reschedule due to overbooking. Luckily, I was able to come back the next day. Janine also included a complimentary deep conditioning treatment because of the oversight. My nails were done by Nadine. The finished product was nice, but I felt like the foot massage could have lasted longer and also felt that too much skin was taken off while trimming around the nails, making it a little uncomfortable. The biggest things were the atmosphere (there was none) and I have had better mani/pedis at normal nail salons. If you go, be prepared to wait a while (just in case).\r
