Review content:
This animal hospital is the worst in the Tampa Bay area, I am sure. Not only do they not care about your animal, they don't even pretend to. The front office is indifferent at best and usually very rude. They do one thing very well, though, they make sure you know how much you will be paying for their services. I brought my very sick yorkie in yesterday for some help and because I didn't have an appointment I was going to be charged a $96.00 "emergency visit" fee. Now if I had only been smart enough to make an appointment for my poor little doggie who hadn't eaten or drank anything in two days, I would have only been charged $42.00. The problem with that is..if I would have called for an appointment, they would've made me wait at least until the next day. They are very interested in your wallet. They are not interested in the least in your pet. And my little yorkie is an established patient. The good news is, I went down the road and found a veterinarian that was willing to see her, even though he'd never seen her before and he was amazing!!! (and she got excellent care at probably 1/3 of the price I would have had to pay at CC). My little dog shakes from head to toe the whole time she is at Cypress Creek (no matter why she's there, even for routine visits) but she didn't even shiver a little at her new doctor's office. They were actually kind. Dogs are smart and have great instincts. If you take your dog to Cypress Creek, don't say you haven't been warned.
