The 2001, Valencia-based ""Advanced Media Design"" didn't choose their company name incidentally. They ripped it off from the much older Advanced Media Design, Inc. which was founded in 1982 and is also located in Southern California, in Newbury Park. It shows incredibly bad taste for this newer media company to capitalize off the hard-earned reputation of the real AMD, which has been installing A/V systems for over 25 years. You can contact the original AMD at: amdsys or mediapointe on the web.
