I have been going to HT Grill for a year now and have yet to be disappointed. Yes, the prices are a little on the expensive side, but I completely enjoy the ambiance and the service. I have fallen in love with the baked brie appetizer. It is warm brie covered in a lemon butter sauce (or so we were told). Inside the brie are shaved apples and walnuts. They used to give you crackers with it, but have been serving it without them lately. The salads are reasonably sized and though they are good, they have yet to be the reason I go back. I have tried the filet mignon tower- I like my meat rare and they always deliver. If someone is not a red meat person, my favorite dish of all is the parmesan-crusted salmon. It comes with a miso dressing, garlic mashed potatoes (amazing), and green beans/mixed veggies. The only bad experience I had with this dish was when I ordered it to go. I wouldn't recommend it as everything kind of mixed together and the fish was overcooked. I also have to say that my friend was NOT a fan of the meatloaf and had to send it back. The whitefish with spinach and mushrooms was light and satisfying. They have a more-than-sufficient wine menu and a great selection of beers. Go here knowing that you will have a solid meal and a good beverage selection. It is not a five-star steakhouse, but you will enjoy yourself. Pros: food, ambiance, drinks Cons: price
