I honestly don't know much about the company. However I dealt with one of their Agents, Bonnie Shefeld (sp), and she repeatedly lied and backstabbed.\r \r Appearantly she isn't Actually the manager of the unit she was supposedly managing. When she found out a city inspector was coming because of various infractions, she told us to vacate that night. She then left a phony eviction notice in our door. She was working on behalf of Raymond Greene. Not sure which of them was lying more, but neither were, in my opinion, trustworthy.\r \r EDIT\r \r I received a call from the aforementioned Agent. She repeatedly refered to someone other than myself. I decided to put it up here as best I could.\r \r ""Friday January 9th 2009 431pm est, saved message from, an unidentified caller, 1 minute\r ""Uh Ms.Moore, this is Bonnie sheffeld, I saw the message that uh you left on uh, the Internet, and I want you to know that unless that is removed shortly, or even if it is removed, I am goi, I am going to, this is, I make my living, I'm a simple person, this is for, I have Never done anything but be good to you, I've never lied to you, and you are going to have to prove I lied, I have not lied, I don't know what kind of person would do that on the internet, you are really, you need help, but anyway, I'm gonna see, I'm gonna contact a lawyer, and I'm gonna see, I'm glad it's up there in big print so I can do something about it, Thank you for being as nice to me, as I have too you""\r \r Admittedly, I may have made one or two typos in my transcribing, but there it is, since she seems to like things in print.\r \r Once again, I cannot comment on the Agency as a whole, I can only give my opinion, based on my dealings with the one agent. Pros: Ms. Shefeld clearly works hard, more or less, for persons renting out units, even being willing to blatantly lie Cons: Ms. Shefeld is more than willing to treat renters like garbage to make her clients happy. Not sure if everyone at Marshall is like that, but I don't think I will EVER go through them.
