I dropped into Radiance Medspa without an appointment and at my wits end; I needed some quick fixes for a family reunion. When I came in, even though they were busy, they said they could fit me in for some Botox and fillers. I noticed the spa was clean and relaxing. They offered me some great tasting water and snacks. They were extremely helpful also-giving me discounts because I have a really small budget to work with. When I was recieving the Botox and fillers, I noticed the nurses' and doctor's extensive training plaques, which made me feel at ease. I was very nervous this being my first time to recieve fillers; the nurse was very gentle, she did not rush the procedure, and she gave me a mirror during intervals so that I would not be nervous about the results. No other doctor's office or spa has taken this much time and bent over backwards to make me feel at ease with anything. I am usually rushed in and out. I also noticed the staff were wearing uniforms which appeared to be professional to me, especially when a medical procedure is performed. So, at the end of my visit, I was extremely happy with the results of my fillers and with my experience at Radiance Medspa. I will continue to be their loyal customer.\r
