Review content:
My sister and I went here for pedicures and eyebrow waxes. I was not satisfied at all. First of all, when we walked in, the place reeked of cigarette smoke. Then, the girl who came to the counter to wait on us was very rude and seemed angry that we were ""walk-ins"" instead of having an appointment. They do take walk-ins, because we called to make sure before we went. Next, they do not have pedicure chairs, they make you sit on a couch and put your feet in a $20 foot bath that I already have at home. For the price of a pedicure ($38), that seemed very low class to me. The pedicure was nice though, and I liked the color and all of the products they used. The eyebrow wax however, left something to be desired. The girl who did me left big patches of hair that I had to go home and pluck out myself. Needless to say, we won't be returning. I thought the place was overpriced and the employees seemed a little lazy. Do your homework and check out the other nice salons in White Oak before going to this one!
Pros: Good, brand-name products, lots of services offered, take walk-ins
Cons: Smelled like smoke, some rude employees, no pedicure chairs
