Review content:
Hired this company in August 07 for an easy in-state move: one set of living room kitchen, dining room, average kitchen and four bedroom contents plus computer/office stuff and two TVs. Took three days to pack and one to load, with two older guys doing the work. Even though the contract was to unpack items to closest available surface, these guys just dumped our boxes anywhere in the house, many boxes unlabeled and were rude and testy when questioned about the unpacking -- they just wanted to get out of there (admittedly it was a hot day but there just weren't enough men on the job). The only unpacking was dumping a lot of the wrong stuff on my kids' beds which I had to sort out before putting them to bed that night. Major stress -- shop around before moving and make sure there are at least four guys for a family move. We have hired two professional movers before and the other companies were great (Atlas was one), South Hills could not compare.
Pros: Goods arrived day after loading, largely undamaged (child's table badly chipped)
Cons: Didn't unpack, boxes put in wrong rooms, not all were labeled
