Review content:
These guys just can't get it right. The first time I went, they brought me an unseasoned steak. I thought they did it intentionally, you know that thing about salt drawing the juices out of grilled meats, so I did the honors myself. I had no interest in going back, but my wife got a reservation for my birthday so they got another chance. This time, I ordered the ribeye medium rare, mashed potatoes and green beans with a salad starter. They forgot my salad. The steak, while lightly seasoned this time, was overcooked--about medium--the mashed potatoes were watery and desperately in need of some cream or butter. The orange ""beef sauce"" was nearly tasteless. The green beans were utterly raw. I'll forgive them the raw beans, no restaurant cooks green beans properly to al dente, but they should pass some dip. Plus, I was able to partially rescue my potatoes by mixing in the garlicky almond slivers from the beans. The service is enthusiastic and friendly, but it's just one screw-up after another. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice...
