These are very nice places to live, however, you'll NEVER get a deposit back. We moved out five weeks early as a favor to Pinegate so they could get our unit ready for another renter. Pinegate returned the favor by forfeiting our deposit for ending our lease a month early, charging us full rent for the month we moved out, AND charging full rent for the last month on our lease.
Don't expect a bill for any repairs after moving, they simply turn everything over to rent recovery. No attempt will be made to contact you. If you try to call them with any questions, the office girls turn into the snottiest, rude, unprofessional people I have ever spoken with.
