Review content:
I hadn't been so see an Eye Doctor for over 20 years, due to my Agoraphobia. With the help of my Caregiver & medication I was able to go. I saw the Optometrist, Dr. Marty Tornatore, he was very professional and nice. I did have high pressure readings in my eyes so he referred me to Dr. Irene Channel. I got an appointment with her a week and a half later. Another Technician and Dr. Channel performed tests and everything was fine...I did not have Glaucoma, I just needed a stronger prescription and bifocals. Dr. Irene Channel was very professional and very nice. I being disabled, without vision insurance and on a limited income was shown only 3 frames( in my price range) by Eva..I did choose a ""closeout"" which was nice and affordable. I hadn't heard anything from them, so I called and they said my glasses were in. After trying to wear them, I realized that because the lenses were so small & narrow that I was seeing part out of the top and part out of the bifocal. I brought them back and decided that I would have those changed to see far and get another pair of glasses for reading. Sara another lady that worked in the Frame Department was trying to show me other frames, but her atttitude toward myself and my male partner was pathetic. She wasn't personable, friendly and acted like I was a ""burden"". When I came in to pick up the 2 pairs of glasses, Sara acted the very same way (like she couldn't stand waiting on me)! Yet Eva helped my male partner tighten a screw on his glasses and was very pleasant.
