Dr. John Howell in the Pearl District has eliminated my neck and upper back pain and also got me back to running curing my knee pain. Dr. Howell was different in all other Chiropractors that I have seen. Adjustments along with his specific muscle work and exercises/ stretches have kept my neck feeling great. I now only have to be treated 1x/month to keep my neck mobile and the specific exercises/stretches have kept me pain free. \r
I also found out that Dr. Howell specializes in running injuries and gave me a great training plan with some specific rolling exercises to decrease the pain and get me back to running - Pain FREE.......\r
Thanks Again Dr. Howell, I can't tell you how many people I have referred to the clinic.
