I have been seeing Dr. Howell over the last 3 weeks to try and reduce the constant neck pain and tightness that I have with work. I noticed immediate relief following my first treatment and continual improvement following the next two weeks. I now have no pain and only occasional neck tightness with a stressful work day. Dr. Howell has also given me the tools to help with posture at work to help reduce my neck issues and ""maintain our progress"". I highly recommend Dr. Howell and will refer all friends and family to him.
