Though the atmosphere is nice and the location is good - Pearl Health Center was a bad experience for me. I made an appointment to ask about a long-time prescription refill and quit smoking options (of which I had already researched some on my own). After a 15-20 minute visit with a nurse practicioner I was told that I would need to schedule a longer appointment to answer all my questions and get a complete physical. I was then charged $135. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told the range was $41-$190. Hmmm, what does the $190 get you?
