Being the owner of Total Body, I have to say I was very sad and stunned when I read thatergal's review of a place that I have put so much love and time into. I take my studio and clients very seriously.Their happiness and satisfaction is the reason I opened a studio to begin with.\r
I can honestly say that I do not remember the instance that thatchergal is referring too. \r
I know that If I have ever cancelled a class and someone has taken the trouble to come anyway , I have given them a complimentary class . As for the phone call , a personal call has never been more important to me than a person standing in my studio.\r
I have worked hard and I care very much about the people that have supported me and the studio.\r
Thatgergal,I apologize for the bad experience and would love to give you a session, on me. \r
Everyone deserves a second chance, right??\r
