Review content:
After waiting all day for delivery and installation of pine straw, one gentleman arrived at 6:05 pm to say that he was told delivery only. He explained that he can't install it by himself. He called his boss and that got us no where. I called the dispatch person who made the original appointment for me and she denied that I requested delivery and installation in spite of the fact that I reminded her of why I called the week prior and had the quote for delivery and installation and i quoted the correct number back to her. She refused to apologize or even admit that she was at fault. The gentleman who did show up with the delivery explained that there have been a lot of complaints about this lady who sets the appointments and deliveries/installs. Unless you have a day to waste for nothing; call some one else. This was a huge waste of time, and time is money!
