This is what happened to my co-worker in her own words:\r

I went here during my lunch today and ordered combo B. Took food back to work as I only have half hour for lunch. I ordered all chow mein and my sides. As I started to eat the noodles to my dismay I FOUND A BAND-AID! Yes you read it correctly; A BANDAID!! You could tell that the bandaid was actually cooked with the food as it was in pretty bad conditions and soaked with the stuff they put in their noodles. I called the store and since no one could really understand me I asked for the manager. Manager (Lisa) was not there and they finally gave me her cell number. I called her and she had the audacity to tell me that she would call the store (as she was at another store) to find out if anyone had a cut finger. As I tried to explain to her that her confirmation was not necessary and what I wanted her to do was to provide me with the business license as I would be reporting this incident to the Department of Health. She offered to refund me but this was not a monetary concern, but a health one! I'm sure they didn't bother to toss the rest of the food cooked in that batch. There you have it ladies and gentlemen. Granted this is what we pay for going to cheap convenient fast-food places and although Im ashamed to say that a hair is just a bit more with in the norm to experience but a freaken band aid is certainly beyond my comprehension. I cannot convey at this moment in time just how sicken and disturbed I am!!!! \r
