Review content:
Beware of Dr. C. He might need a little brushing up on his optometry knowledge. I went there for a contact lens exam but kept having headaches. I went back THREE times to get the prescription correct but to no avail.\r \r Finally, I went to a different optometrist from a different store to get a second opinion and he figured out what was causing my headaches. I finally got my correct contact lens prescription without any headaches.\r \r So, I went back to the store to get a refund and I had the most difficult time, considering the office manager Melissa saw me the week prior going in and out of the store three different times of the week. So a refund should not be a problem right? (considering that their motto is complete patient satisfaction). WRONG!\r \r There is just something amiss with the whole operation at Seven Hills Vision Center.
