Review content:
Called them to order a funeral arrangement for my grandmother after reading the Register's ""Best of Orange County"" edition (which I saved!) and was pleasantly surprised. Great customer service on the phone since I wanted something very happy looking. They nailed it, and the arrangement was larger and fresher looking than I expected. Only negative was a minute or so hold time on the phone in the beginning.
Pros: Better than other florists I've tried
Cons: Could use more people on the phones
