We've been taking our old Volvo here for 9 years. Jim is the most reliable, trustworthy and competent business owner I've ever encountered, and that says a lot for an auto repair shop. I will never not own a Saab or a Volvo because of him. My husband can go anywhere with his car and get good service. It's something in the testosterone. As a female, and all you women know what I mean, I have never been condescended to by Jim or JJ. Hand over your debit cards with confidence, ladies! These guys are true blue. I know some people don't like the New Hope Commons location, but it comes in really handy when you have to leave your car for a few hours. I just run over to the book store for a coffee and read until they ring me on my cell phone. Very convenient!
Pros: good parking, nice people, squeaky clean
