I love my apartment! It has great character with modern convenience. Bob Schmitz Properyies staff are welcoming, helpful. They made me feel secure in our moving choice even though we were moving across the country and rented the place sight-unseen. I was not disappointed! It is small but spacious, with a gorgeous and large kitchen! Maintenance requests are handled immediately and with attention to detail. The rent is the cheapest I have found in the area, and no one would no how little we pay, it is so lovely. I will be so sad to move one day, and highly recommend these property managers. The staff is amazing and i am very pleased.
Pros: spacious, cheap rent, friendly staff and quick maintenance, gorgeous kitchen
Cons: not very much storage space
