When I moved to the area and started house-hunting, I was surprised at the number of options. Bob Schmitz Properties had a range of properties in my price range that were well-maintainted, spacious and had lots of character. The ones I looked at had off-street parking, fenced yards and even decks! I chose a spacious duplex and I have not been disappointed. The few times I have needed to call in a work order, maintenance guys were there the same day. They didn't even give me a hard time when I asked for more insulation in the attic and weatherstripping around the doors. Pretty cool about the free pizza coupon they give you if you pay the rent before the first of the month. Would definitely recommend...
