These guys offer wonderful customer service! I was unprepared for the $45 they charged for putting on my new used tires for the back tires, but was completely made up in service. I bought two used tires which automatically came with a three month warranty.
Within that time, I actually got holes in both tires, where I would fill them up and within a week they were flat again. I went back to ASAP thinking they might give me a hard time about the tires. However, I walked in, told them that the tires were going flat, and they immediately fixed them up, without any hassle, paperwork, and in about 15 minutes. They were polite and friendly the whole time.
Two months later, after the warranty expired, I ran over a nail and air was once again seeping out and had to be refilled constantly. I went back to ASAP, thinking they wouldn't be able to help me, but once again, they were friendly, attentive, and actually patched the hole free of charge and on the spot. These guys are wonderful!
