My family is new to town. My wife and two daughters moved here 4 months ago. I stopped by to see what all of my options were, as OD's website is fairly poor quality. The guy I spoke to presented himself as the owner and he was horribly rude. I believe his name is Otto Diaz. Within 5-10 minutes of speaking to me, the guy accused me of being a competitor. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was ready to purchase a full detail for both of my vehicles and purchase the top monthly package they offer and this business owner had the audacity to accuse me of being from another car wash trying to run a scam on him. Someone else mentioned little man's syndrome in another review and I think they hit the nail on the head. If the ownership changes I'd be their first customer, but not as long as Otto owns the car wash. I'd love to see this place do well, but with service like I experienced it is destined to fail. Someone else please open a shop that does the same thing...you've got your first customer right here. OD's is not a member of the Chamber of Commerce or I'd send them a poor review as well.
