I've been a patient there for over 10 years. I havent had many issues until recently. Most of the old (good)providers left because of issues with administration etc. the new providers dont listen, are very unknowledgeable, and tell you that you have to schedule another appointment if you have more than two or so reasons for the appointment (I recieved a very incomplete physical... didnt even get my reflexes or ears checked and was told I have to come back so my health concerns can be dealt with because ""I had too many things to deal with""). You cant seem to get any consistent answer to a question from staff. The dental offices are rediculous as well. plan on weeks to get an appointment and having to go several times over several months to finish your dental work (3 months and counting for a cleaning, exam and filling for a child). avoid this place!!!!
