My wife and I bought a house in Victor and we were directed to RHE by a friend. Lets just say the friend wants nothing to do with them anymore either. Be sure to cross every T and dot every I or a fee will be coming. \r

They will not use email or allow your real estate agent to speak to them. That is not the case for the rest of the industry. My agent has been in the industry for thirty years ans has been across this before.\r

The upfront numbers will be good. Turns out you get what you pay for in lending as well.\r

By the way, i noticed people down playing the negative reviews as someone with bad credit. I gaurentee that is not the case with us. Our credit is perfect, paid every bill in full and on time my entire life.
