I was shocked to read some of the other reviews posted and had to post my own. I am a retired school teacher and applied with Rochester Home Equity for a refinance of my home and had a wonderful experience. My income is not what it used to be and they worked with me to qualify and guided me step-by-step through the whole process. It was a pleasure. As for the others - probably a disgruntled home owner who is mad at the world for his mistakes. In any event, I had a very positive experience and want to say ""thank you, Rochester Home Equity.""
