I recently went to see Dr. Chen for a root canal. I was nervous from the very beginning when my dentist referred me over. They told me to speak to a lady named Stephanie, so when I called I personally asked for her. She was great. She answered all of my million questions from the procedure itself to insurance questions and so on. I got there and it seemed as if I've known her for years. By the time the assistant took me back i was no longer in fear. Even the assistant Layne was so friendly and personable. She even assured me that it was a painless procedure. Dr. Chen himself is amazing. He explained everything and is super funny and down to earth. I hope I never need another root canal, but if I do I will definitely be going back to Dr. Chen and hopefully be able to interact with the same familiar faces. They truly are awesome!!
