I expected great things about this restaurant. We enjoyed the great steaks and waiters were very friendly and efficient. \r

HOWEVER, the front desk staff / management were extremely rude and totally lacked any customer service. Twice I went up to the front desk with a query on getting a taxi home. Both times the manager and the front office lady looked up at me and then looked away - she started to count the cash in her hands. I waited a few seconds before almost shouting - ""Hello. Can someone help me."" \r

A restaurant cannot rely on the quality of its food alone. I will not go back and get treated so badly. There are a lot more equally great steak restaurants in Manhattan
