My facial appearance was basically washed out. Carolyn's expertise in tattooing a soft, natural eyebrow, and also naturally enhancing my eyes has changed my life positively. My friends cannot believe that my makeup is tattooed on. I wake up looking good and I don't have to spend my morning in front of a mirror anymore.
She has a background in nursing and her studio inside of Anna's Ciao Bella Salon reflects her professionalism and her meticulous organizational and sanitation regime.
She is also highly educated in Permanent Cosmetics and holds multiple certificates. Prior to finding her, I did research to find that her expertise was far more superior than anyone else on the Central Coast. You won't be disappointed!
