Successful recovery story !!\r Hi,\r I experienced the ""dreaded"" disk failure recently. I thought I had a good recent backup of my entire system on a separate drive , but my recovery software (Acronis True Image) said the backup file was corrupted.\r I was stunned, as I personally know the importance of a regular backup routine.\r I carried my PC to a local repair facility but they could not access the data either.\r Their system gave the familiar ""need to format"" message.\r I sent my hard drive to Nationwide Data Recovery and they were able to access every file and folder on my failed disk drive. They even sent me a directory list of my personal data folders and their contents to verify the needed data to\r recovery.\r Harry Edwards later called to say that since the drive was operating OK and offered full access to any and all files ,\r he would ship the entire drive back to me rather than burn \r a high volume of DVD's. \r Friday I received the drive by Priority Mail. It was securely packaged, and they had even attached a driver card that\r let me power it up and connect it to my current PC through\r the USB port. After 45 minutes of copying data from the effected drive to my new drive, I was back to where I wanted to be.\r I have back all the documents, grand kids pictures, and personal data I thought was gone forever.\r Some of this data had been accumulated over a period of 15 years. I even have restored my e-mail folders and addresses file.\r Thank you for your phone calls and e-mail contacts to keep me informed on the progress of the recovery. \r Thank you Harry and staff for providing this service at a reasonable price.\r Best regards,\r Bryan Paul \r \r \r
