My experience with this company has been very poor. I highly suggest that you do not rent from them. Save yourself from having to deal with these people. I do not know how a company like this can exist... I paid my rental deposit directly to Century 21 Butler with no long-term commitment or contract. After giving them my thirty day notice; I left the room in better condition than I found it. Not only have I still have not gotten my deposit back from this company. The owner Charles Butler has refused to pay as of yet. I think Mr. Butler is the kind of realtor/landlord that makes a horrible name for the people in the industry. I think this guy is nothing but a con-artist , do yourself a huge favor and find someone else to rent from....
