Review content:
Service and buffet were disappointing. We made reservations for Sunday brunch for August 30th. The host staff was gracious and warm, but seated us back in a corner. Our server never introduced herself, just breezed by and looked at our glasses a couple of times, then disappeared. We had to ask a bus person to send her with our 2nd glass of champagne. It took about 20 minutes to get a glass of tea. No one monitors the buffet, so chaffing lids are left up and much of the food is cold or completely gone. Replenishment is spotty at best. The food is ok, but it is not an ""elaborate"" brunch as stated on their website. The service is not ""impeccable."" I sent a comment to management using the hotel's website, but they weren't interested enough in our disappointment to respond. Don't get your hopes up. (If you want fine dining go to Tinnie's Silver Dollar.) Pros: great view Cons: everything else
