Established in 1997, I have been taking my bikes to Florida Custom for about 13 years now. During this time, the quality of service has NEVER wavered. The owner (Rick) and service personnel (especially Russ) have been top-notch. Specially in V-Twin service, they still extend their expertise to the Metric rider. Recent expansion has vastly increased the capabilities for repair as well as parts availability. Still the business maintains it's people-friendly atmosphere, willing to work one-on-one with it's customers. Since I have used other motorcycle repair businesses in Jacksonville over the years, I can safely say I will NEVER take my bikes anywhere else!
