At the end of May, right after Memorial Day weekend, our Suntracker Pontoon developed a leak in one of the pontoons. The fact that we hit a big rock in the middle of the lake probably didn't help! Anyway, we took the pontoon to Rocky Mountain and they said it would be repaired in a few days. A couple of mornings later we were watching the morning news and saw that the service department was on fire! Course, we were freaked out cause our pontoon was there. As soon as we got someone on the phone they checked to make sure our pontoon was OK - and it was, thank goodness! Even thought the service department had that disaster to deal with they still managed to get our pontoon repaired when they said they would and we were able to go cruising on the lake again. I really appreciated the fast service considering their service department burned down! Go there if you need service!
