I love this club. I hear alot of complaining but my suggestion is unless you go to the manager of that facility, nothing can or will be done. I've had a few instances there over the years and while I may not like how it turns out, it was because there was nothing the club can do. Breakins are all over the place and if you research your data, you'll find theft-related crimes are the highest they've been in years. Sometimes staff can be a bit friendlier or empathetic but since they have no control of that (and they're young), what can they really do. The management team there is very accommodating. I would recommend ANYONE that has any problems to go directly to them for a resolve.
