AN ONGOING NIGHTMARE!!! These people (Fadil Veliu and Mereme Veliu - the address shown is no longer valid, and to my best knowledge they just work out of their Bedford rental home) have at least two lawsuits pending against them for misappropriation of client funds, failure to pay subs, fraud and other causes of action. Amounts the Velius collected as ""project funding advances"" but then spent elsewhere are (i) around $38,000 in my case and (ii) per the lawsuit pleadings, over $50,000 in the other pending action. In response to this issue, Mereme Veliu responded that ""the money is all gone anyway"" and ""we're filing personal and llc bankruptcies so none of it matters.""
If you still consider hiring either these two or their company after knowing all of that, it's your choice.
